Our Interview Process:

  • Our interview process consists of a phone interview with the Human Resources department to get a better understanding of what you are looking for and an in-person interview with the hiring manager to see if you would be a fit for the Magnum team

  • Pre-employment testing will be required for positions deemed to be  safety-sensitive

  • Satisfactory drivers abstracts will be required for any roles with driving as a primary responsibility

You can Prepare for a Magnum Interview By:

  • Reviewing our website and social media sites to understand who we are

  • Understanding what a behavioural interview is.  We will be asking questions like "tell me a time when...", looking for actual examples from your past work experience.   Think of examples that stand out to you, this shows us who you are
